Entering season 3 of my full series rewatch it is kind of painfully obvious that Rhaegar knocked up Lyanna. Two lengthy conversations between Ned and Robert in the first couple of episodes kind of beat that dead horse into you. Of course the reason it is still a successful surpruse is that they took so very long to confirm it. But still, these little pieces of info from 6 years ago are still relevant.

My only fear is now that they're ahead of Martin's books, it's going to get all Hollywoody and predictable.

Or shocking just to shock. Meaning, shocking revelations that don't make sense other than to make the viewer say, "Oh my gawd!" Which is why I don't know if any theories will pan out until I see it pan out So what might be painfully obvious...will be changed for shock factor

I think I'm TV'd out now But I appreciate the list as Breaking Bad is the only one I've seen. Maybe once winter gets here (no pun intended), I'll revisit the list.

I was confused by the Wildfire rumor because we the viewer knew it wasn't a rumor. I mean, we saw all the barrels and saw some of it used in battle. So I just didn't know what the "rumor" was.
Well everyone knew about that widfire that was stored at the Alchemists Guild (the stash used in the Battle of the Blackwater). The rumor was that the Mad King also had it stored in underground caches throughout the city. So after some snooping around by the "little birds" the caches were found and confirmed (although I'm not sure if all the caches were found or just the one under the Sept).

OK, now I don't feel bad. I thought that was all fact, and not rumor. It was mentioned a few times. I know the characters don't see everything we see of course

While I wait for season 7, I started picking away at the Telltale Games series of Game of Thrones - the story is incidental to the show, but requires knowledge of major show events to be enjoyed most fully (the opening scene of the game series is outside the final scene of season 3, episode 9). It hampers the enjoyment just ever so slightly knowing that even though you interact with some of the show's main characters (all played by their actual actors, not soundalikes), but only a little. It's a pretty good story game. Plus episode 1 is always free if you want to give it a shot before you buy in.

So, out of the blue it just hits me that Hodor could've become a White Walker or Wight And when googling that thought, someone else mentioned that Summer could as well

*EDIT* Assuming Hodor died

Yea he very well could have. I honestly think it would be a little cheesy though if they show him wandering around as a wight. Hopefully we have seen the last of Hodor.
