Get ready kids, because next summer the only jersey around in Toronto will be Turk's, especially after Bosh is gone.

I think regardless of where they are in their careers Turkoglu is definitely worth that much. He provides something basically noone else in the NBA can. He is a very large outside shooter. He can not be guarded on the perimeter, and is one of the few players who can create a decent shot from anywhere. I mean at almost 7 feet who can match up with him?

His perimeter D can be suspect.....but if he stops being lazy he definitely hs the ability to be a solid defended.

I wish the Magic could have kept him, after watching what he could do all year.

this makes them an instant contender again. The East has stepped up their game!
With KG off the IR, they were going to be #1 in the East again anyway. Now they're just sick. No need to watch next season, call me when the Lakers/Celtics finals starts.

Damn straight. Rumor is that Cleveland wants to go after Bosh and have him and LeBron. Unless NYK made another big signing, like Bosh or D-Wade, I don't think LeBron would leave. Hell he is the third highest grossing athlete in the US despite the fact that he is in a smaller market. Gilbert will spend ANYTHING to keep LBJ in Cleveland.

I saw in the Cleveland/Orlando series what kind of problems Turk brings to other teams. He is athletic, can shoot from anywhere and handles the ball like a PG. You get a lot of value that you would need 3 seperate guys for on some teams.

And how can you not pay that much money to a guy who eats a medium domino's pizza before every game?
