I was going to counter-offer in an effort to work Hunt into the trade. That probably ain't happening now

We spent this past weekend moving out contents and taking inventory. A group of Mormon volunteers helped out that allowed us to get everything out afterwards. We still have to pull sheetrock and insulation then we'll begin the drying and treatment process. Luckily, we have friends with some experience with this short of thing so we'll get to save a few bucks that we'll use to upgrade parts of the house instead of paying for it to be done. For the time being, we're living out of our RV at my SIL's house. The previous owners of her home installed a concrete slab and 30 amp hook-up for their RV so we moved ours in and were good to go. It's a little cramped of course but it could be SO much worse. We're fortunate in a lot of ways so I'm not complaining. Hopefully the insurance company doesn't bend us over but I feel reassured talking to my adjuster. Thanks for inquiring.
