It is quite obvious that Detroit has officially entered the 2010 LeBron James sweepstakes with this trade. There is no way that they would've done a Billups for AI in their championship years. After Boston dominated them last year, Dumars knew he had to do something

im a Cavs fan.. if LBJ doesn't sign back with the Cavs.. i see him obviously somewhere in NY or out west somewhere.. not a chance he signs with the Pistons..

I think the Knicks are committed to making a title run. With all the cap room they are shedding they could easily make him a max contract offer with room leftover to put a good supporting cast in place. I also think Detroit's window for another title is just about over. Their core group is slipping. They have made excuses saying "Oh when Detroit is focused nobody can stop them" and blah blah blah. If stepping out on that court during the playoffs or with a chance to get into the finals doesn't focus you, you shouldn't step out on the court.

I would hate to see him sign with anyone but Cleveland. I'm not sure what I would do since LBJ is my favorite player (followed him since high school, heard about him when he was in middle school). Pulling for another team but Cleveland in the NBA would be rough for me.
